The Bible says God is alive. He has always existed. He is the
Designer and Creator of the universe. No one equals Him in power,
authority, or knowledge. He is a Person, and cares about the people
He has made. He is holy and always does what is just and right. He
loves each one of us, and rightly expects us to obey Him lovingly.

Jesus Christ is God. He has always existed, but became man by miraculous
birth, and lived on earth to show us what God is like. He healed the
sick and handicapped. He comforted those who were sad, fed the
hungry, brought dead people back to life, and rebuked hypocrisy and
greed.

Jesus died for all people. He voluntarily accepted the punishment
for sin that we deserve for disobeying God and failing to honor Him.
Three days after His death, Jesus lived again! Many witnesses saw
and talked to Him. Six weeks later He went back to heaven where He
lives today as Lord and Savior.

We can be forgiven of all our wrong, and instead of experiencing
God's punishment, live joyfully with Him forever. We must sincerely
admit that we have sinned and dishonored God, and place our entire
confidence in Jesus Christ as the One who laid down His life for us.
Those who commit themselves to Jesus Christ become members of
God's family. We are motivated to live clean and honest lives by an
appreciation of Christ's love for us. The Holy Spirit directs us and
gives us the ability to live this new kind of life.

Jesus Christ is coming back again for His followers. Ultimately,
all men will be raised from death. Depending on their response to
Christ in his life, people will either experience eternal separation
from God in Hell or have eternal life.

SOS for the Life of Solange Kohls

Can you help, Solange has been in Intensive Care for over a year now. Just now she has been released to an assisted living location. That is run by the assemblies. She is doing much better but still requires a lot of care and has a long way ahead of her yet. Both Paulo and Solange are full time workers in Brazil and they have two wonderfull kids.

I am commited to try to help them in any way possible. From here the best way is with money, to try to defray there expenses that are extremely high and they don't have insurance.

Anything sent this way will be forward 100% to Abrilac. Or if you so wish I can give you information and you can send it directly. I will use the entire month of Nov to work on this project.

The assemblies in Brasil have been suggested to give $10.00ea that way it's not a burden on any local assembly. But anything we give will help and will support these brothers that are needing our encouragement now more than ever.

The disease that had hindered here has caused a loss of muscle tone completly in her body for over a year, complicating several other organs, but it seems that Prayers lifted up are helping Solange for a change to better. Let's continue to help her.

I will send out a final report on November 30th.

The Job - Test

This came across my desk this morning...

THE JOB - TEST

(Whoever wrote this one deserves a HUGE pat on the back!)

Like most folks in this country, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck in my case, I am required to pass a random urine test (with which I have no problem). What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test.

So, here is my Question: Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them?

Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their ass - doing drugs, while I work. . . Can you imagine how much money each state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?

I guess we could title that program, 'Urine or You're Out'.

Pass this along if you agree or simply delete if you don't. Hope you all will pass it along, though. Some thing has to change in this country -- and soon!!!!!!! Ps. There should be mandatory drug testing for congress and all government employees

To Celebrate the ressuraction of the one that died on the cross of calvary to pay for my sins and transgressions. We have lack of words to express our gratitude and our thankfullness for everything He has done for use. And remember what happens on the horizontal is always covered and secured as long as we are Faithfull to the vertical relationship in Life. Don't just preach it above all things you must live it. For the Honor and Glory of the One that Died to save us.

It's been almost 3 months now, a group of men from our local assembly decided it was time to get together once a week for study of the word of God. We have done so every saturday morning from 7am to 8:30am. It's been very profitable and we are learning and sharing with each other. I encourage you to try something similar. Just be careful that you not only let the spirit direct you but that you also rightly divide the thruthfull word of God. Not letting personal things interfere with what the Bible teaches and says things should be. We live in a time and age where we need more involvement with our spiritual side. There are many that will be in a lost eternity if we don't do what the Lord has commanded us to do. Which is our duty....

Wow, this year is flying bye or am I just getting old quicker? Hehehe... We are almost at the End of February. Work has been a challenge, but Faith has help overcome any kind of circumstance that might cross our paths. Daughter and Son are my pride and joy. And wifeeee still by my side no matter what. We are planning our mid year vacation, since we will not be going to Brasil this year. Only the kids...
